Dr. Shao is board certified in emergency medicine physician and medical toxicology. She completed her training from the University of Pittsburgh.

Dr. Hernandez is an emergency medicine, medical toxicologist and addiction medicine physician. He completed his medical toxicology fellowship at Banner University Medical Center in Phoenix, Arizona.

Nancy is both a Family and Acute Care Nurse Practitioner holding degrees from The Pennsylvania State University, University of North Carolina, St. Louis University and her Doctorate in Nursing Practice (DNP) from Arizona State University. Prior to joining Toxicology Consultants of Arizona, she held positions at HonorHealth Osborn as the Neuro/Stroke Nurse Practitioner and for Trauma Services. She is a faculty member in the DNP program at ASU. Nancy enjoys the opportunities to contribute to the clinical training of Nurse Practitioner and RN students, as well participating as a mentor for active duty Air Force RN’s in the Critical Care/Emergency Trauma Nurse Fellowship Program at HonorHealth.

Whitney is a certified physician assistant who has worked in several emergency departments in the Phoenix area. She received her Master of Science from Midwestern University and a Bachelor degree from Eastern New Mexico University. She serves as a preceptor for PA students for several schools and most recently from Creighton University.

Amber is a nurse practitioner who has worked in several Phoenix area Emergency Departments.

Michaela is a certified physician assistant who has worked in several emergency departments in the Phoenix area.
